Easy Returns & Exchanges

At URBAN Cottage we understand that not every perfect piece is as seemingly perfect, once it’s reached its new home. We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

  • Returns from in-store purchases are for store credit or exchange only! No refunds will be issued.

  • Returns from online purchases may be returned via mail or in person for full a refund minus shipping charges. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • All returns/exchanges must be received back in store within 14 days of order receipt.

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, used, have makeup or other stains, odors of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

  • NON-RETURNABLE: Marked Down Sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bralettes, Bath & Body Products.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the shoebox, your return will not be accepted.
